President and CEO, Six Sigma

Thirty-five years construction experience gives Thomas G. Banks (TG) invaluable industry knowledge. Using this extensive knowledge, TG has created a hands-on approach to manage projects throughout the United States. 

TG is not only a seasoned Project Executive but is also a pillar in the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) community. He shares his knowledge and understanding of the construction process, for projects ranging from sports stadiums to federal prisons and office buildings, to help others reach the same success and recognition levels he has achieved. 

TG’s foresight allows him to handle multiple complex projects and deliver them on-time and within budget. TG’s success is attributed to his ability to recognize, prevent, and solve project issues when they arise. He uses his management and delegation skills to provide a friendly and endearing work environment for his staff and clients

Senior Vice President

Utilizing her 15 years federal and state government contracting experience, Jennifer handles all contract administration from the initial solicitation through fulfilling all the administrative contract conditions upon award. 

Jennifer is also active in IAP’s business development. Her experience as a bank Vice President of Mortgage Lending gave her the relationship building skills needed to become the face of IAP in business discussions and negotiations with IAP clients and contractors. 

Jennifer is a graduate of Denison University and is also a licensed Realtor with HER Realtors. 

Vice President of Construction and Estimating, P.E., LEED AP

Using his 35+ years in Engineering Oversight, Procurement, and Construction Management, Saad oversees all current IAP construction projects and all IAP Design-Build projects. 

To ensure the design team’s work is maintained, Saad is the liaison between the Owner’s Representatives, Architectural team, and the Construction team. He ensures the Owner’s satisfaction is met by maintaining the project schedule, budget, project coordination, contractor negotiations, and project documentation and administration. 

Chief Architect, FAIA, NCARB

Allen is a visionary on the leading edge of trends brought upon by technological advancements and changes in sociological patterns. He has been a significant influence in the field of Criminal Justice through his progressive and innovative designs. A strategic planner, mentor and motivator, he is a respected and sought-after lecturer and writer.  He is a member of the prestigious College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects and has shared his experience at seminars and annual meetings and through his publications in numerous magazines, newsletters and professional journals. He is recognized nationally and internationally for his expertise in the field of Criminal Justice.

General Manager, Third Party Administrator (TPA) Lead

Chris uses his 10+ years project management experience to lead our project managers and project coordinators in the TPA program. 

Chris is involved in the day to day TPA activities, contractor recruitment, and working to expand the TPA program. He oversees daily construction management activities of State Agencies, Cooperative Partners, and Contractors. Chris achieves timely and profitable project completion by managing the efforts between field operations, administration, and the Agencies and Cooperative Partners. 

Chris is a United States Navy Veteran and has served as a reservist for 14 years.  

Director of Human Resources

Lacie brings an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and serves as Human Resources Director for IAP. Lacie’s 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Operations gives her insight to support the growing landscape of IAP. She plans to implement coaching strategies for current employee growth and develop new employee orientation processes to ensure IAP’s workforce growth.

Lacie is a graduate of Franklin University with two majors in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Business Development Manager

Jordan uses his 10+ years construction sales and marketing experience to lead his team of Account Managers. 

His focus is to recruit more State Agencies, Cooperative Partners, and Contractors to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) program to ensure the program’s current and future success. Jordan is also involved in the overall business development for the TPA program. He regularly attends trade shows and conventions to increase IAP’s presence in the construction field. 

Director of IT

Keeping IAP digitally safe in a technology advanced world is James' main priority. Utilizing his 10+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors, James ensures that IAP remains not only prominent but also secure in the digital sector. 

James is a ComptTIA A+ certified technician and an innovative thinker whose focus is keeping IAP technologically current and prepared for future technological advancements. He is a key contributor on increasing cost saving methods and programs and increasing IAP’s online presence. 

James has an Associate’s Degree of Applied Business in Computer Information Systems from North Central State College. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and has spent the last 5 years serving as a member of the Curriculum Advisory Committee for North Central State College’s IT program. He has also spent 5 years as a board member for the North Central Ohio Regional IT Alliance (NCORITA) with 2 of those years as Conference Chair. 

Project Manager, Small Projects Division

With over 23 years project management experience in General Management, Facilities Process, and Warehouse Facilitation, Ray uses his experience to lead our small projects division. 

Ray is involved in each step of the project from the bidding stage to final completion. He interacts with the subcontractors throughout the project to ensure the client’s needs are met and exceeded. 

Pre-Construction Manager

Mike spent 17 years in the field starting as a carpenter and worked his way to Superintendent. This field-based knowledge, as well as his military and federal bidding experience, has contributed to 20 years as a sucsessful Estimator understanding the contractor’s needs and pricing requirements. Mike is proficient in both Timberline and Primavera scheduling software as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.

For several years, Mike served as the Chief Instructor for a Private Post-Secondary Vocational Education Construction Management School in Northern California, training adult students in the fundamentals of Construction Estimating, Superintending, and Project Management. He advanced to Director of Operations for the Southern California branch where he served for 5 years.
